Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyse the Space programmes of Argentina, Brazil and Venezuela and how they create the space information cycle. We also analyse the role of international cooperation in the generation of the space information cycle. Finally, we focus on the neccessity of adjustment of the international law in this field.
